You’re perfect My dad is perfect. My mom who is broken and abusive is perfect – I still have boundaries and won’t have a relationship with her, but I feel no judgement or sadness associated with those thoughts anymore.

I never felt that way before, I always judged. I was a harsh judge of myself and of others and it caused me great suffering.”
